The Service is provided exclusively for educational, training and statistical analysis purposes. It does not, in any way, constitute a real trading instrument on financial markets.
Access to and use of the Platform implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service.

To access the features of the Platform, you must create a personal account by providing a valid email address and a password.
The User is responsible for:
Sharing access credentials with third parties is prohibited. Each account is strictly personal and non-transferable. The Provider reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts in case of abnormal use or violation of these Terms.

Prices are expressed in Euro (€). The amount actually charged may vary based on the local currency and applicable VAT rate in the User's country.

The Provider reserves the right to modify plan prices. Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice by email or via a notice on the Platform, and will apply exclusively to renewals following the communication.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the chosen period (monthly or annual) unless explicitly canceled by the User.
To avoid automatic renewal, the User must cancel the subscription before the renewal date via:
After cancellation, access to paid features remains active until the natural end of the already-paid period. At the end, the account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan.
⚠️ The Provider is not responsible for renewals occurred due to failure to cancel within the indicated timeframe.
Given the digital nature of the Service and immediate access to features upon purchase, the following policies apply:
The Provider may, at its sole discretion and without this constituting a binding precedent, consider partial refunds or credits in case of serious and documented malfunctions of the Platform, exclusively attributable to the Provider and not resolved within a reasonable time.

All content, data, tools, analyses, statistics and materials made available through Alphanex are for educational, training, technical and statistical purposes only and do not constitute in any way:
Trading on real financial instruments involves high risk of capital loss. Simulated historical performance on the Platform does not guarantee similar results on real markets. Past results are not indicative of future ones.
The User is solely responsible for their own operational, financial and investment decisions. The Provider disclaims all liability for losses, damages or decisions made by the User based on the content of the Platform.
We recommend consulting an authorized financial advisor before operating on real markets.
The Provider grants the User a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to access and use the Platform exclusively for their own personal, non-commercial purposes.
It is expressly prohibited to:
The license also includes the right to upload your own CSV files for personal analysis purposes, under the conditions indicated in Art. 11.2. Data contained in files uploaded by the User remains the exclusive property of the User and is not subject to any transfer to the Provider.
The Alphanex Platform, including software, interfaces, design, layout, logos, texts, graphics, plan names, aggregated data and any other element, is exclusive property of the Provider or the respective rights holders.
No provision of these Terms transfers to the User intellectual property rights on the Platform or its components, except for the limited license of use described in Article 9.
Any feedback, suggestions or ideas submitted by the User to the Provider may be freely used by the latter without obligation of compensation, attribution or restitution.
11.1 — Processed historical data and third parties
Historical price data of financial instruments (forex, indices, commodities, crypto) made available on the Platform for backtesting originates, among others, from Dukascopy Bank SA (Geneva, Switzerland) and from other market providers. Alphanex does not redistribute the original raw data: it processes, resamples and transforms source data into derived output (OHLCV series at multiple timeframes, aggregated statistics, calculated signals) that constitute a distinct and autonomous intellectual creation with respect to the primary source.
ℹ️ Data available on the Platform is the result of proprietary processing from historical market data. The Platform does not provide direct access to raw data of any third-party provider and does not operate as a redistribution service or data-feed.
The Provider does not guarantee the continuity, accuracy or completeness of derived data or data provided by third parties and is not responsible for any interruptions, gaps, errors or delays attributable to external suppliers.
⚠️ Absolute prohibition of data extraction. It is expressly and absolutely forbidden to extract, download, export, copy, scrape, aggregate or reproduce in any form the historical data, price series, aggregated data or any other numerical or graphical content present on the Platform, whether in automated or manual form, without prior written authorization from the Provider. Violation of this prohibition results in immediate and permanent account suspension without refund of the remaining period, as well as the initiation of legal actions for the recovery of damages, including compensation for unauthorized use of derived data.
11.2 — User-uploaded CSV
The Platform allows Users to upload their own files in CSV format containing historical price data ("User CSV") for the exclusive purpose of analysis, personal backtesting and study. The following conditions apply:

Some features of the Platform are based on artificial intelligence (AI Coach, pattern analysis, automated suggestions). Such features:
The Provider is not responsible for operational, financial or strategic decisions made by the User based on output generated by AI or automated systems.
Some features may be in beta or experimental phase. Such features may exhibit unexpected behavior and are subject to changes without notice.
12b.1 — Nature of competitions. The Arena and Prop Firm Challenge features are educational simulation tools based exclusively on historical data. No activity carried out on such features involves the use, management or risk of real capital. Results obtained in simulation have no financial, contractual or legal value and do not constitute real trading performance.
12b.2 — No monetary prizes. Alphanex does not award prizes in money, cryptocurrency, in kind or in any other economically valuable form in relation to Arena rankings, Prop Challenge results or other tournaments on the Platform. Recognition is limited to elements internal to the Platform (ranking, badges, XP, public reputation) without monetary value and non-transferable.
12b.3 — Prop Firm Challenge. The Prop Firm Challenge feature replicates for educational purposes the publicly known rules of certain prop trading companies. Alphanex is not affiliated, sponsored or endorsed by any prop firm mentioned (including but not limited to FTMO, FundedNext, The5ers, E8 Funding, etc.). Passing a challenge on Alphanex does not guarantee, nor is it in any way correlated with, passing real challenges at such companies.
12b.4 — Disclaimer of liability. The Provider is not responsible for any expectations of profit, prizes or economic benefits that the User believes to accrue by participating in the competitive features of the Platform. The User agrees that participation in the Arena and Prop Challenges takes place exclusively for entertainment and educational purposes.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, continuity or absence of errors.
The Provider shall not be liable for:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider's overall liability to the User for any cause shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User to the Provider in the 12 months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.
The limitations of this article do not apply in case of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Provider, nor where applicable law does not allow such limitations.
The Provider reserves the right to suspend, limit or terminate access to the Service, in whole or in part, in the following cases:
In case of serious violations, suspension may occur without prior notice. In case of general discontinuation of the Service, the Provider will provide reasonable notice where possible.
Force Majeure: The Provider is not responsible for delays or non-fulfillment caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: network or infrastructure outages, power blackouts, cyber attacks, strikes, pandemics, wars, natural disasters, government measures or unavailability of essential third-party suppliers.
The processing of the User's personal data is governed by Alphanex's Privacy Policy, available at /privacy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
By registering with the Platform, the User accepts the processing of their personal data in the ways and for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, in compliance with applicable regulations, including EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) where applicable.
Data entered by the User on the Platform (trading sessions, statistics, notes) is used exclusively to provide the features of the Service and is not transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through:
Continued use of the Service after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. In case of disagreement with changes, the User must stop using the Service and delete their account.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
For any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Service:
The parties may attempt to resolve disputes amicably before resorting to judicial authority, by contacting the Provider at support@alphanex.io.
ℹ️ Severability clause: Any nullity or ineffectiveness of one or more clauses of these Terms does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain fully effective.
